Real-Time PCR Instrument

Real-Time PCR Instrument

Model: QPCRNM99

The rotary design of Nano Mabna Real-Time PCR cycler meets all the various needs of real-time PCR tests. Each tube rotates in a chamber with moving air. It holds all samples at a constant temperature during rapid thermal cycling. When each sample is in the direction of the optical detector, the sample is irradiated with light and the fluorescence signal is quickly collected from a short optical pathway. This optical and thermal uniformity leads to an accurate, sensitive, fast real-time PCR analysis. It also eliminates sample-to-sample variations and edge effects. In contrast to Block-based instrument that is suffering from thermal gradients across the block, this instrument provides tubes with the same temperature.
