Warranty services includes repair of the device and providing free services for defective Parts replacement for two years from date of purchase.

The products of this company have after-sales service for 10 years.

The following actions void the warranty:

1. Opening the device and subsequent making any repairs and changes in the device. (Only the experts of Nano Mabna Iranian Company are allowed to open the device and make repairs.)

2. Any improper uses that are inconsistent with what are written in the user manual of the device.

3. Any damage caused by natural disasters, sudden changes in system input voltage, improper transportation, breakage and contact with liquids, chemicals and high temperatures.

4. Use of substandard and non-standard consumables and accessories that are inconsistent with the user manual of the device.

5. Failure to keep the device in standard environments in terms of temperature (15-35 degrees) and humidity (30% -50%)

6. Operating the device in non-standard environments including dust or direct sunlight

7. Destroying the serial number of the device

The warranty does not include the computer and its accessories. The customer is responsible for transportation costs of the device to the company for repairs.
